Contributing Agencies
The following is a list of CARTAC's contributing agencies/governments:

International Monetary Fund, IMF *
Inter-American Development Bank, IDB
United Nations Development Programme, UNDP *
In addition, Barbados provides CARTAC's office facilities and each regional beneficiary country contributes US$10,000 per year to CARTAC's operating costs.
* CARTAC is structured as a UNDP cost-sharing project with the International Monetary Fund serving as executing agency for the Centre. The agreement establishing CARTAC was signed by Barbados’ Prime Minister Owen Arthur on May 8, 2001 in his capacity as Chairman of the CARICOM Conference of Heads of Government.
