The Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Center has joined with the IADB in support of the VIII Annual Proceedings of the Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) Debt Management Specialists Group, held during 11-13, July 2012, at the Porta Hotel, La Antigua, Guatemala. The IADB-led LAC meeting was preceded, on July 10, by a “Caribbean Day” wherein CARTAC and the IADB was joined by the Commonwealth Secretariat (Com-Sec) and the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) to facilitate discussion of reforms, issues, opportunities, and challenges of particular interest to Caribbean members.
